Canyon Country is located along the Santa Clara River between Sierra Pelona and San Gabriel Mountains. It is surrounded by woods that lack supply of water and once established the trees and shrubs of the hight dessert are tenacious with many living over 100 years.

The honey produced in this high desert valley on the north end of Los Angeles County maintained a bright golden color with light hints of floral citrus and light butterscotch.

Our honey is minimally filtered and will contain beneficial pollens and propolis. All natural honey crystalize and this does not change the quality of the honey. To liquify place jar in warm water. Do not microwave.  Warning; Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.  Nutritionally, 1 tablespoon of honey (21 grams) contains 64 calories and 17 grams of sugar, including fructose, glucose, maltose and sucrose. It contains virtually no fiber, fat or protein.

Shipping & Handling; We use USPS Priority flat fee and can fit up to 3 one pound jars in one medium box for a flat fee of $18 in order to ship safely. If you order a 4th jar we have to use a new box and charge for it. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
