Altadena is wedged into the San Gabriel Mountains on the foothills of the Angeles National Forest famous to be a hiker’s paradise.

Surrounded by Verdugo Mountains our bees foraged nectar that produced a deep amber toffee-caramel honey with subtle hints of toasted pecan back note.

Our honey is minimally filtered and will contain beneficial pollens and propolis. All natural honey crystalize and this does not change the quality of the honey. To liquify place jar in warm water. Do not microwave.  Warning; Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.  Nutritionally, 1 tablespoon of honey (21 grams) contains 64 calories and 17 grams of sugar, including fructose, glucose, maltose and sucrose. It contains virtually no fiber, fat or protein.

Shipping & Handling; We use USPS Priority flat fee and can fit up to 3 one pound jars in one medium box for a flat fee of $18 in order to ship safely. If you order a 4th jar we have to use a new box and charge for it. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
